What happens after the 14-day trial?

After your 14-day Growth trial, you can add a payment method to continue on Growth ($15/user/month) or downgrade to Free (5 users, 1 team, 1 schedule, 90-day retention). No surprises.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Start your 14-day Growth trial without a credit card. We only ask for payment when you're ready to continue after the trial.

Can I extend my trial?

Yes. For qualified prospects, enterprise leads, or strategic accounts, we can extend trials to 30, 60, or 90 days. Contact us for details.

What's the difference between Free and Growth?

Free is for evaluation (5 users, 1 team, 1 schedule, 90-day retention, no SMS/analytics). Growth removes limits and adds workflows, SMS notifications, analytics, and 1-year retention.

What is your refund policy?

You are entitled to a refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at support@runframe.io with your transaction details.

Who processes payments?

Paddle is the Merchant of Record for Runframe. All payments are processed securely through Paddle.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel your subscription anytime from your billing settings. Your access continues until the end of your billing period (monthly or annual). No cancellation fees or penalties.

What happens if I downgrade?

When downgrading from Growth to Free, you'll keep your data but some features will be limited: 5 users, 1 team, 1 schedule, 90-day retention, no workflows, SMS, or analytics. Excess users/teams will need to be removed or you'll need to upgrade again.

What's included in Enterprise?
